If you are intolerant or allergic to gluten, restaurant Le Caroubier cooks its couscous, tagines and other Moroccan specialties without gluten for you.

We use rice semolina and certified corn - bought in specialized stores. The vegetable broth is homemade the same day, and is guaranteed gluten free. The couscous and tagines are specific for each dish. There is no crossover possible.

In order to avoid any waiting, thanks to inform us the day before and to specify it on your reservation.
