The Mechoui Couscous is served with a vegetable broth (zucchini, turnip, carrot, celery and white cabbage) slowly simmered by our chef and gently spiced. It is garnished with:

1 half shoulder of lamb
1 dumpling
1 merguez

It is accompanied by a finely sweetened onion compote with cinnamon, chickpeas and harissa.
