The Couscous Kefta is served with a vegetable broth (zucchini, turnip, carrot, celery and white cabbage) simmered for a long time by our chef and gently spiced. It is garnished with:

2 pieces of Kefta (minced beef, coriander, slightly spicy mint)
1 dumpling

It is accompanied by a finely sweetened onion compote with cinnamon, chickpeas and harissa.
